Approval for the proposed development is required from the Department of Planning & Environment (Water) and NSW Rural Fire shoalhaven.nsw.gov.au f Service (RFS) under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979, in respect of: A Controlled Activity Approval is required from Department of Planning & Environment (Water) under Section 91 of the Water Management Act 2000.
