If you are selling, we will prepare your contract, liaise with your selling agents and help negotiate your sale. When a buyer is found, we will answer the queries raised by the purchaser’s solicitor (requisitions) and arrange the clearance/payment of your mortgage. If you are buying, we can arrange pre-purchase reports, advise you on the contract conditions and any unusual aspects along with the taxes and duties you will incur. We will negotiate with the Vendor’s solicitor to look after your interests. We will help you to satisfy your lender’s requirements and carry out inquiries and searches relevant to the property you are buying.
