Nowra Private Hospital has been providing quality health care services to the Shoalhaven region and south coast of New South Wales since being commissioned in 1980. Our 62-bed facility provides acute surgical and medical services, rehabilitation, and day surgery services. We are located 130km south of Sydney and 10km from the beaches for which the south coast is renowned. Nowra Private Hospital, which is owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care, has undergone a number of extensions and renovations over the years. We take pride in delivering personalised services to our patients throughout their treatment journey – from the preadmission process through to their transition back into the community. We always strive to make the hospital experience as comfortable and seamless as possible. All departments are staffed by experienced and skilled health care professionals who are familiar with the latest developments and research in their respective fields. Our hospital is fully accredited by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS), which is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that reviews the performance, assessment and accreditation of health care providers.
